Come sing with the Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra!!
Our vision for Voces Gioventu is to aspire young singers in the Valley by giving them the opportunity to grow and develop as musicians, performers, and members of our community.
Voces Gioventu gives young singers the opportunity to learn and develop as musicians. Singers in this choir will learn the value of teamwork and will enjoy a profound sense of accomplishment at the progress that they will make throughout the year. The Choir will perform with the Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra & Chorus and may be asked to perform at one or two other events over the course of the year.
Singers in the choirs will be challenged with exciting and rewarding music, they will grow together as a team and expand their musical horizons. They’ll be introduced to music from around the world, to singing in foreign languages, to classic pieces of choral music and to exciting choral arrangements of some of today’s most popular music.
Ages 6-18
Rehearsals are Mondays at 4:15

The People Who Make Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra

Orchestra
The Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra is one of the only professional orchestras in the Fraser Valley and east of the Port Mann Bridge. We also have a Baroque ensemble that performs on period instruments.
Chorus
The Chilliwack Symphony Chorus is an auditioned performance choir and we love to sing for people. We have openings in all voice types. Interested singers must be willing to make a year long commitment and must be able to read music.
CSO Starlets
The Starlets are retro style singers who will take you back to the Gatsby era (roaring twenties through to the thirties) with a mixture of authentic vintage and modern pop songs arranged to sound like songs of the times, to a 1940s wartime tribute (Andrews Sisters), to swing.
