CSO Baroque Players

It gives me joy and honour to introduce you to our wonderful musicians.  Our first featured instrumentalist is Jiten Beairsto:

Jiten Beairsto, a Vancouver native, has performed with a variety of ensembles across B.C. and Canada, both as a modern and baroque
violinist. These include the Victoria, Vancouver Island, and Kamloops Symphonies, as well as the Pacific Baroque Orchestra and Victoria Baroque. He completed his Master of Music with David Gillham at UBC, his Bachelor of Music with Sharon Stanis at the University
of Victoria, and studied baroque violin with Chloe Meyers as part of the Early Music Vancouver Scholarship Programme. In 2018 he helped found the Gallo Chamber Players, a local group of baroque instrumentalists who perform chamber music from the 16th to
18th centuries.
Currently he is completing a Master of Counselling Psychology degree at Adler University, but he very much looks forward to the day when we can all return to a fuller calendar of concerts.
